  1. No. Neither were.
  2. If I can play, I'll see. Familiar with the C64 version, especially on the four player cart that was released.
  3. There’s more than one way to win and in thekr6 you can win with any set of three characters so… get in there heh
  4. Some people do buy to flip. Some also need the money and looks at what can bring in a decent hit at the time by selling
  5. Jeff has llamas on his own farm, sadly minus one as Madam passed away a couple days ago at the ripe old age of nearly 25.
  6. Yeah, Jeff and Giles are good people (also helps that I contributed to the Digital Eclipse Llamasoft project!) and also had curry with them Friday night when they attended a show here in the UK in August...
  7. Oh, well aware considering I contribute to GTW64 was merely commenting on the actual version that came out. Considering they blocked Rainbow Arts from selling Katakis in the UK because it was too similar in their eyes to R-Type, it's an Alanis Morrissette irony that Mandred was then asked to do the official conversion as fast as he could.
  8. Well the C64 version was rushed and completed in six weeks. Imagine what that could have been like with 3-4 months minimum.
  9. Still after a copy of Wild Guns CIB but like a number of other titles, silly money today.
  10. Basically the time to sell your BBCQ original CIB carts with POKEY is now
  11. I’m intrigued by the Best light gun because I used pretty much all the others and none were imo particularly accurate.
  12. I well know this (hence my exploration 20 years ago about how various NTSC 7800 games played on PAL) but my question was, I guess from a position of hope, that in the 30+ years since, technology had progressed and development was possible to handle both versions on a single cartridge. Given, despite being simpler in concept, the same is possible for 2600 games.
  13. Been a long time. It’s mostly about completing the expert course a number of times iirc.
  14. Excellent there will be PAL and NTSC 7800+ carts, annoying the carts can’t self detect and you only need to manufacture one.
  15. Cheers! So the presence of the POKEY/HOKEY is merely for buyers who intend to use the 7800+ cartridges on real 7800s?
