Tip: Most levels can be easily completed by making gradually larger circles, working your way out to the top corners of the screen. On each circle take just a few more dots. Your snake gets long enough that you have to make a circle eventually, the key is to never have a loop be shorter than the previous loop - you'll run into your tail!
