ShosMeister
Does anyone remember the Axlon boards? I have one for my 800 but one of the jumper wires came off and I can't see where to put it back on. I think it's the one that went from the switch to somewhere on the board but I can't see where and I can't find my old docs - that's a surprise. I can provide pictures if need be. Yes, I have an Axlon board one in one of my 800s. We have moved recently and all of my Atari's are still at the old place. I will try to get over and find the 800 with the Axlon before the end of the weekend and get back with you on this thread.

I may have to open up the 800 to make sure the other wire hasn't come undone either
ShosMeister
Did you get a chance to find your old board yet? No huge rush as I'm still waiting on some help to get the 800 hooked up to my monitor. Thanks!!!

ShosMeister
Long move or just a new house in the same location? Take your time. I appreciate the help!
ShosMeister
Have you been able to find the camera yet? Hope the move went well.
+Guitarman
I have an 800 with a hand built 288k Axlon compatible upgrade built by Scott Peterson. Do you have a picture of the loose wire and where the other end attaches to?? It may relate to a wire on the one I have. Worth a try. ShosMeister
Unfortunately, it's completely disconnected. The Axlon has a switch on the board. If I remember correctly, it was for turning the board effectively on/off. I'm guessing the wire connects between the switch and somewhere else on the board. gcude
Have you been able to find the camera yet? Hope the move went well. I found my camera today. Probably needs charging. I'll check it out tomorrow.
gcude
Have you been able to find the camera yet? Hope the move went well. O.K., here are the first pictures taken of my Axlon. Hope you can see the wire you are looking for. If these pics are not good enough, I can try again from closer range.
ShosMeister
Thanks!!! Unfortunately, the PC died a few weeks ago. Trying to recover the data before reformatting and re-installing OS and applications. All of the Atari related stuff is on an external drive so that's safe. As soon as I get it back up and running, I'll take a look at these. In the meantime, one that may help would be the main board where the switch is from the front and back. Thanks!!!!!
