newcoleco Posted August 19, 2010 Share Posted August 19, 2010 I've seen Chack'n Pop and I prefer the SG1000 version compared to the MSX version based on Youtube videos of them. The game itself is a puzzle game, somehow like Penguin Land (Doki Doki something), but this game isn't about reaching the bottom of the screen safely with an egg, but to free up hearts in order to exit a maze filled with eggs of deadly ghosts. This game appears to be a precursor of Bubble Bobble, so don't be surprised to see some similarities, but not in the game play, or even in the character you control in this game.
