_Fandal_
OK. I bought Xenophobe proto for probably too much money but that's just my fault. Anyway, the game is awesome! It looks like 7800 version and so far I haven't found any unfinished features. Here're some screenshots. The game will be hopefully produced by Video 61. F. +MrFish
Marvelous, simply marvelous! Glad someone finally let the "genie" out of the bottle. I'm guessing the music/sfx are a step up from the 7800 version, eh?
Allas
Congrats Fandal ! Maybe Xenophone is the last game before 2000 that hasn't been distributed over the atarians. It's good to see that the game have good graphics and its near at 100% finished. How much do you paid for this jewel? Maybe 3 130XE?.... or 6 130XE? ApolloBoy
Damn, looks just like the 7800 version only with less colors. If I find this at CGE 2K7, I'm snatching one up.
_Fandal_
Hahahahahaha. This is really fun. eBay canceled my Xenophobe auction due to "copyright violation". It seems somebody is really very angry I want to make this game available to the public. Hopefully I'll not be trialed! More actions like this and I would consider quiting Atari for ever... F. Really? I never heard of such a thing. Considering that possesion is 9/10 of the law, and the the fact that you have probably already dumped the ROM, I would say you have a lot of "options" available at this point. What do they mean by "copyright violation"? You haven't actually done anything yet. Seems pretty ridiculous to me... Tempest
Congrats Fandal ! Maybe Xenophone is the last game before 2000 that hasn't been distributed over the atarians. _Fandal_
OK brothers. I sold the cart to Video 61 today and I deleted the dump I made. Everything is up to Video 61. Anyway. Xenophobe for 8-bit Atari is standard XEGS 128kB switchable cart (like Commando). There're no credits except title screen (see the first screenshot). F. I would have at least waited until Lance confirmed that he was able to dump the proto himself. What if something happens to it? Allas
Oh that's a pity! Maybe you could have taken a little video before. We'll be waiting news from Video 61 this year. If it not, you can use your secret backup ROM Edited April 25, 2007 by Allas
