I thought I'd dig this thread up since it's coming up soon.

We're thinking of making the 3.5 hour trip to check this out (and other Cleveland sites as well) but I wonder if it's worth it. Looks like a lot of past attendees around here, what do you think?

Is it mostly just venders selling things or will there be games set up to play? I saw mention about arcade games, what do they usually have and are they set up for public free play?

What kind of prices can I expect from the venders? I don't expect flea market prices, but if it's "vintage game store" prices i.e. top end Ebay prices, then I probably won't spend the gas.

Would you say it's just for the hard core collectors to whom money is no object or is there something for everyone?

Thanks!

There are SOME games set up to play.

I believe there is something for everyone. I buy most of my games at these things. They are considerably more cheaper than what I see online. Of course, there are those vendors jacking prices up....but I believe more the exception than the rule. I've gotten some nice deals at past CCAGs.

Im going for sure! Im off on SUNDAYS!!!!!!!!!!

Im going to have to back my Truck full of stuff to unload. Hope someone will take it all. Last time I went to one I had a million people make offers on my Neo Geo Collection but never came thru. This time I can just drive home and get the stuff since its like 15min from my home.....So happy....

Im there! :D

I'll be there !!

BUY MY JUNK !!

Why would I want JUNK?

I will offer my GOODS!

lol

I will not have a table but will be willing to drive back home to doa trade or sale since Im 10-15 min away.

If anybody would like to buy/trade in advance I could just bring whatever with me then.

I Have a boxed XEGS (minus controller) with 15 different sealed boxed games and 4 loose xe/800 games 2 opened XE boxed games & 2 XE Betas/Protos Im looking to trade or sell as a lot.

And I have abunch of Vectrex New Boxed & loose games I also would like unload.

Hell Just about everything is open for sale or trade that I own, just dont feel like sitting at a table and haulin it all down there. Rather just bring what people really want. I still need to move so its gotta go soon.

So If anybodyis interested in something I can make a list.

I'll be there. I picked up some more stuff since the last show so I should have a somewhat new selection of junk. Oh and in case people didn't know "junk" means ultra rare and valuable games. ;-)

I case anyone wants to play rock band I can bring it with me but was unsure if the guitar hero will be played on a large enough TV for 4 people to play rock band. Also, who is bringing the TV?

I won't be there...but my DVD will! You can see the preview and pick up a copy at Sniderman's table - a limited number will be available, so I strongly suggest a stampede before all the copies are eaten by a hideous grue. :P
