I also detect just a hint of smugness in that letter. My guess is he's wanting to "advise" EA on how to use the Take-Two, and more specifically, the Rockstar name. Probably to try to dissolve the GTA series and other Thompsonisms. You know, he should beware. It's one thing to pull in a small company like Rockstar (even though they're famous, they are relatively small) through the courts. But I don't think he wants to tackle the EA dragon.
