Do you do any "Wiki" editing?

Over the last couple of years, I have these bursts of energy where I will go whole hog into editing Wiki articles. Of course, most of the time, it's the Wikipedia, but sometimes its the Wookieepedia (Star Wars) or Memory Alpha (Star Trek). I also have been contributing to ELotH:TES.

I did the occasional edit a while back. I keep meaning to fill the terrible gap in Wikipedia, namely the lack of any page for Ridge Racer girl, Reiko Nagasé which, it seems, I have a worrying amount of data about. Maybe one day.

I used to when MacMAME had its own Wiki. But it's long gone.

I do use wikipedia, but dont ever edit it.

I contribute to MobyGames occasionally, but that's it. I suppose that qualifies as a wiki, or at least close enough for me.

I'm tired of my work being claimed by other or always being edited. I gave up on the place.

Sometimes I make minor edits in various wikis, mostly to correct errors in both fact and in grammar.

Wikis are great; I refer to wikipedia on an almost daily basis for a wide variety of info.

Yes, all the time. In fact I started the Atari Task Force (under the Wikipedia Video Games project) there to aid in the management and expansion of Atari related articles.

I find the most common problem people have when trying to contribute to Wikipedia is they don't understand how it actually works content wise, what guidelines need to be followed, etc.

I'll edit if I am viewing an article and see grammatic errors or information that is inaccurate. But I do not actively seek out things to edit.

I guess they didn't catch me because the links are still there after 5+ years. Phew!

I once manally deleted hundreds of spam entries from a Genesis development wiki. Never again.

Sure I do, everytime I go to Wikipedia and see something missing I go ahead and add it. So far about the biggest thing I ever did at Wikipedia is the section on the Gameshark. I can not take credit for the N64 material but all that Playstation stuff is mine.
