There's also a Q*bert known.

Weird carts indeed.

Video Spelcassette is written in Dutch, but the label says Made in Japan.

But since the carts are PAL and not NTSC (Japanese format), I consider them to be Dutch carts.

Maybe Marco can tell us more about these.

I dare say nothing from South America is ultra rare. There are 225 million people in Brazil and Argentina, and it sometimes seems all of them started a Atari 2600 pirating company at some point in time ;)

PAL R10 companies may include:

Datatech

Hot Shot multi's (?)

Sawaya

Scala

Shagora

Spectravideo PictureMate (tape) (?)

Cheers,

Marco

These must be R10s. I don't think I have even heard of half of those...

Edit: I think what Marco is trying to say is that apart from those companies above, there really aren't any other PAL R10s.

To be honest: there are no R10's at all.

Nobody in the old era made just three carts of one single game.

But at least we now have a nice Extremely Rare PAL Games list:

Ok, we're done.

Thank you for your cooperation.

True,

But there may be some carts of which there are 3 or less still in existence ;) but I doubt it very much...

Ah, the old arguement of what defines rarity.

What if I made 100,000 carts and all but one got destroyed in a fire at the factory. Is that a R5 or R10?

I would say R10 since there is (at this moment) only 1 existing copy.

BTW what about my PAL Custer's Revenge? Shouldn't that be on the R10 list too or have more copies surfaced lately?

Dino has one too. BTW does your guys PAL Custer's Revenge roll on your TV by any chance?

Not mine, cause i live in PAL country :D

Mine does, and I live in PAL country. But the label is clearly PAL.

As for rarity, there are more than 3 out there that I have seen. I can't say exactly who has them as I have only seen them sell on Ebay.

Hmm interesting, mine doesn't roll and i'm pretty sure my old TV doesn't do anything else besides PAL...

Anyway, just came here to mention that i managed to grab a Jungle Fever / Knight on the Town PAL double-ender. Is that one still considered a R10? I am quite happy with it, although i missed out on the boxed Surfer's Paradise and Treasure Below a few days earlier (did anyone from here manage to grab those)?

Reading this thread jogged my memory and rememberd I had this game, doing a short search

I found it safely tucked away, check Atarimania but did not see a rarity number , do we have

a rarity associated with this one

Thanks

FND

Whoa!! R10?

I had no idea it could be that high, Wow. Checking my records looks like I got it from

Australia sometime prior to 2002 (thats when I started adding purchase dates) paid 75.00

Seller is still active on ebay but looks like he is now collecting vintage vinyl records, may be worth

asking if he may have run across others?
