Flojomojo
There's nothing stopping you from making a Japanese PSN account to buy these in the USA. That's what I did. http://ntsc-uk.domino.org/showthread.php?t=75023

The legendary game Policenauts is available for download on JP PSN. The english translation is ongoing here: http://policenauts.net/english/

Still pretty cool we can get them. Would be even cooler they'd release them here and in english. No biggie though, I have the PS3 that is 100% BC so I could just pick up the old disks if I ever felt the need. Still...I'm sure Sony would make a pretty penny just off impulse buys if the had these available in the store. xenomorpher
Has anyone tried a Japanese PSOne download on their US PSP? I'm curious if it would work.

liveinabin
I guess if more people downloaded the PS1 games, they'd put more up. They clearly don't. The japanese love them so they get lots. Market forces, innit?

They dont look too good on modern TV's anyway but I still wish they would release some more games. There's a ton of gems out there.
liveinabin
Absolutely agree. Even though I already own it, I'm still jealous that the Japanese PS3 owner can download Xenogears for practically nothing.

Market forces, innit? Maybe, but at the same time you have to put up what people want to download. What is has now is a pretty small selection of which many are kinda played out, so of course people aren't going to be flooding the online store trying to grab them. xenomorpher
I tried following that guide in that link and tried setting up an Entropay account but wouldn't accept my information for some reason. It just kept acting up. I thought I saw later in that topic that the PSN stopped accepting Entropay cards too. Is there an easier way? It's pretty strange how Sony makes it so hard for you to BUY stuff from them...
