cimerians
Amazon pre-order plus free shipping. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00...heapassgam08-20 These things used to be $600. Buy a 160G notebook drive for about 50 bucks and for a whopping $500 you have a gunmetal 160G PS3.

HammR25
I just clicked it and it's $399.99. You can also take $150 if you apply for a Sony Card and are approved then put the PS3 purchase on that card.

Takes a couple minutes if you have good credit. Buy an item over $299 (I think) and in 8 to 10 week supposedly they will credit your account $150. Not too shabby. There card has no annual fee either. I used this for one of my girlfriends Christmas presents. I plan on having it paid off before Christmas... basically after I get the credit, and then never using it again. I'd say it was bogus bidding, but that winner has decent feedback so I think it's legit. It is VERY cool. Not so sure it's $17k cool though!!!
