I've never kicked anyone nor have I ever declined an invitation request. The only reason I require approval at all is to keep these stupid bots that have become rampant on Xbox Live from joining. I did make Zeptari and Moycon admins so that someone other than me could handle invite requests. I'm not aware of them kicking anyone though. There is nobody on the banned list.
