Nintendoguy Posted June 15, 2009 Share Posted June 15, 2009 First let me start by saying I use to be kids*connection (Air Raid!!) on here, but I moved and had a hard time switching my email over as I had forgotten my password, and it kept wanting to send it to my former email.. But anyway I recently went to a yard sale and picked up a vectrex system, 2 controllers, 5 games and carrying case, I have heard that they are hard to come by.. What kind of price can I expect to ask for this.. Any help would be appreciated, also if anyone is looking for a Xonox Atari Motocross Racer I have one available, as well as a bunch of Rare Japanese Import Playstation Games , and Train Controller in Box.. I could be way off on this one, but I'm guessing it would sell immediately for anything less. Personally, although I hate the fees, I would still put in on ebay... I've seen only one on ebay in the last year. I'm a huge Vectrex fan and I'd pay about $40 for it. You'd have to reel in some die-die-hard fan to get $100 (I think). I think $50 is a good starting price. It looks slightly discolored, am I wrong? If you are talking about the whole set--$135. It looks like it could use a cleaning. I'd also break it up for selling and wait for a shortage of extra controllers. I've seen one go for $45 once! The games are without the boxes and overlays? $5-8 each. Vectrex, $60. Zwackery Posted June 26, 2009 Share Posted June 26, 2009 Both the carrying case and the dust cover for the Vectrex tend to pull in high bids when on eBay as both these items are rather uncommon. The last 2 dust covers went for well over $100 each (the most recent one on 10 June 2009 hit $123.50), and the carrying cases tend to go for a bit more.
