darthkur
Into the danger zone we must venture! The Evil Master has been causing terror throughout the lands. Once a peaceful kingdom, it has now been overrun with his twisted minions. As the realms best marksman you have been selected to accompany and watch over your friends as you journey through hot, arid deserts, formidable lava fields, dark, frigid caves and humid jungles. You'll be accosted by creatures from all sides so your aim must be true or your allies will fall prey to the Masters attacks. If your bolts find their mark more than not then you will be aided by additional volunteers. Cunning and a good memory is necessary in order to chose the right path to the Evil Master's castle. Beware of the enemy archers upon his dark fortress. They will stop at nothing to prevent you lowering the drawbridge and entering. Once inside you'll not only face his "pet" dragon but the vile Master himself. Will you be victorious or will the land fall to eternal darkness? Emulators are fine as is whatever controller you feel the most comfortable with. Screenshots are great but not mandatory. Settings: N/A. (Use of either the light gun or controller is up to the player.) Contest ends on: 7-20-09 at 1:00am EST. darthkur
Here's a map. http://www.atari7800.org/hints/cbmap.jpg Mitch Nice. I never knew about that. I always wondered how convoluted all the pathways were. Clearly shows that roadrunner's path is the most direct route. I'm glad someone out there has the patience to make that. Along with the two Pitfall maps it certainly has made these games a lot more enjoyable by taking away the endless frustration.
doctorclu
Not sure why, but Crossbow is not working on my CC2. I updated the binary, and I checked another game that uses the 78SC_Big load (Alien Brigade) and that other game loaded fine. Giving me an MMC error of 08. Any idea what could be going on with that? Speaking of Alien Brigade, interesting game. How do you activate the light gun for that?

thursday83
172,000. I think I better buy a new light gun from Video 61 or something, this one is just strange in it's aim.....hard to be accurate when the gun isn't exactly shooting what you are pointing at.... darthkur
172,000. I think I better buy a new light gun from Video 61 or something, this one is just strange in it's aim.....hard to be accurate when the gun isn't exactly shooting what you are pointing at.... Sadly that's typical for those guns. Buying another one will just get you more of the same. You're better off abandoning the gun sight and simply fire the gun at arms length and adjust your aim by the impact marks on the screen.
