Can you make a Neptune-style system with an original Genesis model, as opposed to the slimline Genesis 2? I assume it's possible, and that you just made yours with a Genesis 2 to keep it as close to the original Neptune design as possible. I just wanted to make sure. Also, has anyone ever tried turning the Atari 2600 into a CD-based system? The SuperCharger makes it possible to use a CD player with the system, but I don't know if anyone's ever attempted making an Atari 2600 with a CD-ROM drive built into it.
