HammR25
I see Namco Museum is finally available in Playstation store. I'll be a sucker and get it since it has Xevious Resurrection.
cimerians
Its actually really good. The controls are super responsive, I actually scored really high in Pac-Man without using an actual arcade stick. They also added in a lot of features like unlockable prizes and they tied it into Playstation Home so you can get unlockables in there too. Very well done and all in one package (finally). Hopefully they come out with another games pack. Im having fun with this one.
Mendon
I downloaded the demo and it was actually pretty darn good. Control seemed to be spot on as I flew around Pac-Man with cornering precision. Not sure if I'll buy the entire game, though... I have so many versions of Namco Museum already that I'm not sure I want to spend another $10 on a new version, especially since I don't use Home. Atariboy
How good is Xevious Resurrection? Otherwise its not worth it for me since I have so many options to play all the other games.
HammR25
Yeah I have all the other games in that 360 namco virtual arcade so I only got it for Xevious Ressurection. I've always been a big Xevious fan so I enjoy it but the one time I played it, it seemed strange. In that I mean it seemed like I had a billion lives Otherwise I haven't had a chance to get back to it yet. It's cool, it's got nice updated graphics. You actually start out in space and then go to the surface of the planet. The stuff in space is new, once you get down to the planet it's the same old Xevious with updated graphics. They did a good job with the game. It's probably not worth $10 by itself but they did a good job. Having said that, If I had to do it all over again I'd still buy Namco Museum just for that game because I'm a Xevious fan.
cimerians
Yeah I tried the new Xevious R. and its pretty cool. I'm a Xevious fan too so that was another reason for me buying this packages. The graphics are pretty and it still feels like Xevious. As I said , the controls are soooo spot on I may never go back to the 360 versions. I like the fact that you get unlockables the higher you score too. I have the CD namco collections too but I didn't mind getting this as it saves me a disc swap and in my opinion is much better done than any of those. Mendon
I broke down and bought Namco and am enjoying it alot. The control of all the games is really the best I've played for any version. One thing: I decided to visit Home the other day as I hadn't been there since it opened and wanted to see what they have added (there is a lot to discover and play around with now in Home, by the way. The Siren area is really, really strange!). Anyhoot, upon entering Home, I found that I had been awarded some Namco products just for purchasing the game and now wear a Pac-Man shirt and have a Pac-Man arcade machine in my apartment! And from what I've read, as your scores get better and better, you will be rewarded more gifts from Namco for Home. Mendon

I havent entered Home yet.........I probably have a bunch of shirts and arcade machines waiting for me. I need to start playing some more and see what I can get.
