Is the autofire feature available for all buttons, or just certain ones? How do you toggle the autofire feature on and off?

No, autofire is only available on button 4 - the button that the majority of Vectrex games use for firing/shooting - although there are some exceptions.

Auto fire mode is on by default. To turn it off for particular games e.g. PolePosition (otherwise it makes your car go slower!), you just need to press button 4 immediately after you switch on power to the Vectrex.

regards
