Videogamecollector123
Hi, I'm about to build a Vectrex lightpen I'm in the process of procurring parts right now, however I'm kinda of confused on that part. I can't figure out if any of the parts I'm looking at are the right ones and I want to make sure I have the right ones so I only have to order once. I did however manage to find the phototransistor.http://www.newark.com/jsp/search/productdetail.jsp?SKU=84F234&CMP=AFC-GB100000001(was marked obsolete at mouser)So if anyone could help me with this, that would be great

I think this is it for the 10K the resistors http://www.newark.com/multicomp/mcf-0-25w-10k/carbon-film/dp/38K0328 but I can't figure out the capactiors and 2.2k resistor still. Also the 2N3904 transistor. I think I found the semiconductor but I'm not sure http://www.newark.com/nte-electronics/nte74ls132/logic-ic/dp/31C5638

Spazmonkey
Here's your last part, http://mouser.com/ProductDetail/Texas-Instruments/SN74LS132N/?qs=sGAEpiMZZMutXGli8Ay4kP28D9wZ8SQIl0%2fVrowVA5w%3d Good luck, it looks like you may be new to do it yourself projects, so I would like to say take everything very very slowly. If your in no rush to finish, you will have a much nicer end project, and less headaches.

One last thing is, do you know if the phototransistor is on mouser? when I looked it said obsolete but then again I can't find anything. I think I'm just going to order double of all the parts just in case of a screwup I can get back on track.

I couldn't find that particular one, but if you can find all of the specs of it, I'm sure there is something that is very very similar on mouser. lgallair
If this helps, here's the list of part #'s I used when I built mine. I realize the photo transistor on Mouser is obsolete but they do have a "show similar" link at the bottom of the page. If you want, I have an extra L14G3 from Mouser that I no longer require. Videogamecollector123
Hey, I have one last question. I'm using the cable from a Slik Stick and need to make sure the three wires I need to use are the Yellow, Black, and Green.
