MegaManFan
To me Obelix isn't, although it's probably overrated. And I've tried Music Machine via my unmodded Supercharger, and it's actually not bad.
CPUWIZ
Kind of a useless 10 if you think about it. Most of us don't have the tools necessary to program it and use it. How many 10s aren't useless? Eli's ladder is a simple Math game, Air Raid is a hack, Ultravision's Karate is a label variation... Motorodeo is actually pretty decent. Mayhem
Just how many NTSC Asterix and Obelix you think are out there?
MegaManFan
Can't be that many Asterix since Woita has them all and has only let a few of his stash go, but Obelix seems to be dirty common for such a high rarity. Apparently in the Great White North, they're not hard to find, and in certain areas of the country you can get them at pawns and thrifts regularly. One AA trader had four(!) spares of it and wouldn't sell me won for $50, but then I ended up winning it on eBay for about the same price anyway. Everybody seems to think all the Obelix on eBay are PAL, so not many get bids and the prices stay low, but I bet a lot more of them are NTSC than you think. Mayhem
My impression too. I'm just glad it was my girlfriend who got the first NTSC Asterix off Woita and hence for the cheapest price of the lot Having said that, she might need to sell it shortly as she's in some financial trouble, but no doubt I'd have first dibs on it
CPUWIZ
Can't be that many Asterix since Woita has them all and has only let a few of his stash go Actually that isn't true, I hung out with Woita last month and he told me he only had 2 left and he was keeping them. I don't think he had 12 of them either. Besides, Rick didn't get his from Woita, it still is a mystery (even to Steve) how any of the NTSC Asterix copies even surfaced. Well, besides the stash he found in his moms house 20 years later. LOL
MegaManFan
So in other words, they're even MORE rare than already thought.
Ed Siegler
Just how many NTSC Asterix and Obelix you think are out there? I have an Obelix, and it's actually up for sale if anyone is interested.

CincYnoTi
what to do: eli's ladder: sku_u http://www.atariage.com/forums/viewtopic.p...er=asc&start=75 Big April Fools joke or real. I'll add sku_u to the eli's ladder list unless he changes the story. I have heard that Pitfall Harry's copy of Eli's Ladder now belongs to someone else, but nobody has claimed that one yet. Also, I notice CPUWIZ' want list no longer includes the Eli's Ladder cart, but that doesn't necessarily mean he owns one now. Anyway, never mentioned on AA that I have noticed. There are a few 9s I've picked up along the way that I haven't credited myself for in your threads mostly because I wasn't sure if the tallies were still being taken. MattG/Snyper2099
Kind of a useless 10 if you think about it. Most of us don't have the tools necessary to program it and use it. Just to clarify, my cart has a game on it. It's pele's soccer.
