Mendon Posted December 17, 2009 Share Posted December 17, 2009 (edited) Anyone buy the updated Frogger game on PSN? It's only $4.99 and I'm tempted to purchase it as I've always been a Frogger fan. But I'm also hesitant to buy as the Wii version got terrible reviews and I don't want to waste $5. I've been tempted to buy it but will have to wait till after the holidays to spare an extra $20 for the PSN. It looks good though and has some powerups added to the gameplay. It stays pretty true to the Frogger formula. I'd say it's worth $5 to a Frogger fan. That's my opinion though. After looking at the Wii screenshots they look like the same game. Reaperman Posted December 19, 2009 Share Posted December 19, 2009 (edited) it's the easiest way to get 3 gold trophies by far. Hell the game even gives them to you for clearing boards in it's unlimited-lives practice mode. And it does have a vaguely froggery feel. other than that I didn't care much for it.
