Schizophretard
Thanks for the Harmony Cart. I was surprised at how simple it was to add Rom's collection and play. I love not having to constantly change carts and I can't wait to learn how to dump roms with it. This product is a must have.
Tjoppen
Me and a friend got our Harmony carts yesterday (the deluxe + regular sent to Sweden if you're wondering). They work great - awesome work Popped in one of my WIP games and it worked perfectly on the real thing. I have some questions and suggestions, but I'll take them in separate threads. keilbaca
I have a pre production cart, so this is LONG overdue... But, thank you very much for making this fantastic product. Its the only cart that ever goes into my Atari now, and eventually its going to go inside of a Flashback 2. Thank you again!
+Random Terrain
We do not want to miss any adulation! I'll give you guys my own text version of an under the table tickle of the testicles as soon as I get a chance to buy one or two or three. I almost forgot to post in this thread. Thanks to donations, I was able to buy a Harmony cart. After some fiddling around to get rid of the interference pattern, I can safely leave the cartridge plugged in (with USB cable attached) and download my works in progress to test them on my Atari 2600 any time I want. When I want to use the SD card to play classic games, all I have to do is download eeloader.bin to the Harmony cart and I'm ready to go. Thanks for making something we can safely leave plugged into the Atari 2600. I'll eventually buy Atari 2600s and Harmony carts for my mom and sister so they can have all of their favorite games in one place and won't have to juggle a bunch of cartridges. Rev
Dont laugh, but i still don't really know what the Harmony cart is.....i'm guessing it is a Multicart.

chupathingy
Well, it arrived today at about 2 PM. I've just now torn myself away from the thing to write this. Every game I've tried thus far has been playable. At first I thought there might have been some incompatibility issues because the Parker Bros version of Frogger looked kind of washed out, but after a quick reset the game looked just fine. All of the homebrews I have run smooth as silk. Very nice, very nice. Thank you, Harmony team. If I ever meet you at, say, an upcoming science fiction convention called WindyCon in Illinois (wink wink) I'll buy you guys drinks.
disjaukifa
Well I just placed an order for my 3rd Harmony Cartridge, looking forward to owning one again, I miss my other two, but I had to let them go to pay off bills. Now that my son is getting into the 2600, I figure this device is going to quickly be becoming my best friend. -Disjaukifa

SlowCoder
Mine just arrived today. Copied ROM package from ROM Hunter's website to SD card, and I'm off! My only recommendation would be to add an end label. I may just have to make one of my own, for purely cosmetic purposes.
disjaukifa
I want to add another thanks, I use mine every day, for anyone waning to write or try out home-brew games, this hardware is absolutely essential!
+batari
Mine just arrived today. Copied ROM package from ROM Hunter's website to SD card, and I'm off! My only recommendation would be to add an end label. I may just have to make one of my own, for purely cosmetic purposes. We've discussed this, and the end label would say "push to eject" as as I've witnessed users of those flash carts with inferior "pull to eject" slots rip the card right out of Harmony
+JAC!
Coding demos for the VCS is a pain (well, actually coding anyting for the VCS is a pain, but ...) ... but thanks to my new Harmony card I can see them on the real machine - and that gives me a very good feeling In addition it will save me the next time when some Finnish orga of the competition team asks "Can you prove that your entry runs on the real hardware?". So for the Harmony card!

jalidi
Got my Harmony today... ordered on the 28th, received on the 22nd, international shipping to Canada. Came in perfect condition, right in my mailbox on the last day of summer. Now, after twenty five years, I can finally play all the games I always wanted to play on the original hardware. So pleased to have it working perfectly on my Atari 7800. Thank you very much for developing and making this homebrew marvel available to the Atari masses. SmileyDude
Tossing in my thanks as well. I ordered it on Friday and it showed up today (Monday). And that was with a huge snowstorm over the weekend. Very nice! My order from Amazon placed at the same time isn't due to get here for another couple of days. As for the cart itself, I finally got to run my own 2600 code on a real Atari for the first time tonight. And that made it totally worth it for me. Can't wait to dig in deeper with this cart and see what I can do. Thanks again!
WildBillTX
Got mine around two weeks ago and I love it. It took 5 days to arrive after I ordered it. All the 2600 roms I have so far fit fine on a old 256mb SanDisk SD card with plenty of room to spare. Now that I found Rom Hunters collection site I'll proably have to find a 1-2 gig. The only game that didn't work right was Nukey Shay's hack of "Pac-Man Arcade Enhancement" which caused a rolling screen on my Sony 26 flatscreen. But that was taken care of it with a VSYNC correction. Great Job! (btw anyone want a hardly-used Crocodile Cartridge?)
