sku_u
A local arcade is closing down near me in January. The only game I was interested in that was not already sold is the Simpsons game. The manager told me he'd sell it to me for $200. Is this a good deal or is it a little on the high side? Condition: Two of the four joysticks need repair/replacing. The connections going to the sticks are fine, but the sticks themselves are in poor condition. The screen is a little burned on the bottom right corner. The cabinet itself is a little sun-faded, but otherwise the game is in working condition. I need to get back to this guy by Monday, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Nukey Shay
200 seems steep to me, since the controls need repair and the screen problem (is this a ghost-type screen burn or a complete obscure? The latter is a sign that the display is failing).

sku_u
I asked him to go down in price and he was unwilling to. Oh well...I'll find the game in better condition
GameGuy
Joysticks are a dime a dozen, but the monitor is a def. problem. Sounds like it's not gonna be working for long.
mark
sku, you could wait a few months and go back and ask if he'd be willing to lower the price alot if he still has it cause he may be sick of storing it and just want it out of there. you just never know. DOH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
