Cliff Friedel
Hey guys. Figured I would run this by you guys and see what you thought it was worth. I am thinking about running it on ebay, but if someone is interested and the price is right, I would sell it here first. I currently have an Intellivision I system with box and 26 games that are CIB. One is loose. The good news: The Intellivision was just tested and works, along with both controllers, and has all of its documentation including the original receipts. The games all have the boxes, both the overlays, and documentation except ladybug, which is loose. The bad news: The box for the Intellivision itself is mangled pretty bad. Enough that I almost didn't bother saying it was there. The boxes for the games range from poor to good. The poor ones have blown out edges, are crushed, or mangled. The good ones have corner wear, but are ok. Here are some pics: Let me know what you guys think it is worth. I appreciate it. Cliff
BassGuitari
Nice set! I'd say a fair price would be in the neighborhood of $80.00-$90.00. I definitely wouldn't let it go for less than $50.00, bare minimum (and I'd have to be pretty desperate to let it go for that). The games alone are worth that. The tricky thing about the games though, is that while you have a very nice boxed set of software, they're very common games that aren't of much interest or value to collectors. This may hurt your chances of getting the full value for it, although Lady Bug does sweeten the deal a little bit. However, there are bound to be a few people here on AA looking to get into Intellivison, and this would be a great set for those people. And if worse comes to worst, there's always eBay and people bitten by the nostalgia bug. Anyway, that's my three cents. Good luck!
akator
Your set seems pretty similar to this package from Atari2600.com. I agree with BassGuitari, $80-90 seems like a fair asking price.
Cliff Friedel
Thanks for the input. That is about the price I figured. If anyone is interested in buying I am going to put a listing in the marketplace later today. I was thinking $90, which would include shipping. Money will be going to the "Get Cliff to CGE2K10 Foundation" =)
