NinjaWarrior
All this talk about DKint being better then the Original.. How about Pac-Man Collection the Arcade Version...Is it even possible??
Nukey Shay
Yes. These "debates" are easy when no parameters are given.
jaybird3rd
How about Pac-Man Collection the Arcade Version...Is it even possible?? Sure, I guess ... but do we really need another platform to play all those Pac-Man games on?
Cebus Capucinis
Of course it's possible, but along with what jay is saying, do we really need it? Pac-Man for INTV is actually a really good version and easily holds well on its own. Granted there aren't as many options, but with a solid game by Atari already made, there's not as much reason to make Pac-Man Collection for the INTV vs. the 2600, whose offering of Pac was absolutely horrid. NinjaWarrior
Well yeah..Just make it Ms Pac-Man only now
jaybird3rd
Well yeah..Just make it Ms Pac-Man only now Again, I have to ask ... why? Aren't there already enough platforms to choose from if you want to play Ms. Pac-Man? Anything more substantial than a simple graphics hack will be a lot of work, and it would be better if that work went into a new game for the Intellivision. bacteria
Lock'n'Chase on the Intv is I think the best version of PacMan out there, has extras not in the other games - running into the center for the bonuses, the opening/closing doors, and ability to trap the enemy in sections adds a good game dimension. Was always one of my top Intv games!
cparsley
Agreed bacteria... and surprisingly the INTV version plays better IMO than the arcade release from DECA.
