Need help with 2 sounds

I need 2 sounds for a game and was wondering if anyone could help.

 

I need a BOUNCE sound, think cartoon character jumping on a trampoline 'boing'.

 

and

 

I need a THUD sound, think cartoon character falling and hitting the ground 'thump' maybe a low pitch 'splat'

Here's a bounce sound:

FOR I=1 TO 4
CALL SOUND(-20,330+15*(2^I),4+I)
NEXT I

 

And here's a nice thud:

FOR I=1 TO 3
CALL SOUND(-20,110,30,110,30,800+200*(I^4),30,-8,2)
NEXT I
