It was in my Game Boy already, so it was no longer with the pile of SS stuff. It's pretty amazing how well they recreated the game for the GBA. I am proud of my collection and the latest updated total is 595 major label varioation games with 184 boxes. I am at the point where I don't get to add much to it anymore, so when I sort of crossed my fingers and asked for a boxed 2600 game from my SS I knew that there was a shot I would get a duplicate game, but I figured what the hell, right? Maybe I'd get lucky. Well, my SS is the bomb, the stuff, this shiznit, all that and a bag of chips, the king of Atari land and my new hero. I do not get to add a new CIB game to my collection... I get to add three ! All three Mythicon games, boxes and manuals! Helllzzzz yeah ! ! ! Better yet, ALL THREE games are in WAY better condition than my loose ones, so instant upgrade. I had ZERO Mythicon boxes OR manuals, and now I have ALL of them! I couldn't be happier. Today was my last day of work until the New Year and I already had a big grin on my face from that. Getting home and opening that box put me over the top. Thank you so much whoever you are. That was one hell of a gift. (And they threw in a bag of Peanut M&M's too... I mean... wow...) Not just "normal" hard but "oh dear God what the hell will I ever get this person"-type hard. I kid you not. My answer for the "what else are you interested in" question was: "I am a huge nerd for the English Civil War". I am a huge nerd for it, but how the heck are you going to get something like that? I figured maybe an Oliver Cromwell action figure or something, LMAO! Anyway, I assumed my SS was completely and utterly baffled and would break down and ask me what I wanted because my answers were ridiculously hard to buy for. So enter today and I am at the local classic game store looking for some titles. I find 3-4 CIB SMS games for $3.99 each and jump at the chance, since I don't have them in my collection yet. One of them was Zaxxon 3-D. I buy it, but think to myself "Damn! I still haven't gotten around to getting the 3D glasses for the SMS and I have a couple of the 3D titles that I just can't play! Looks like it's time to finally pony up the cash and get one!" For some reason I completely forgot to get around to buying them and I left the store irritated at myself for not buying a pair of them when I should have. I get home and there's a note on my door from the apartment office stating I have a package waiting! Huzzah! What could it be? I go down and get it. It's not anything I ordered, must be the Secret Santa! So I bring it up....open the box.... A PAIR OF SMS 3D GLASSES AND ADAPTER LITERALLY THE SAME DAY I BOUGHT A SMS 3D TITLE! :o Also Maze Hunter 3D, which is one of the 3D titles I didn't have yet! and Jolly Rancher gummies, which I thorougly enjoy and can eat while playing! Maybe they will come through better late than never. In most cases I did notice that the users read the PM back when it was sent but not really again after that.
