gamesforliveyo
Hello. This has probably been discussed before, but I don't feel like looking to far. Does anyone out there know anything about standard 2600 maintence (you know, cleaning and such) I just got a 2600 Jr. and the first player controller sticks right. I've tried two player games witht the controllers and they work, the problem is comming out of the controller socket (left) from the VCS. Is there a cleaning procedure I could do or does anybody have any info in which I could find help on another web site. Basically, any help would be cool. Pitfall for life yo! -Ron
+Mitch
Did you check and see if one of the pins is bent in the left controller port? Mitch http://atari7800.atari.org
gamesforliveyo
Everything looks to be in order, no bend prongs or anything. I was just wondering if there is something I can check maybe like a loose wire or such. Anybody got any ideas? -Ron
stinky817
only thing that i can think of right now is that the port is bad, like, one of the pins is broken, and you can see, but that wouldn't leave it stuck to the right, now would it?..... i'm not sure... i guess this post doesn't have a point, does it?
