MaxSpeed Posted December 3, 2002 Share Posted December 3, 2002 I won an auction for Defender II and it came quickly. The games scrolls when I plugged it in, low and behold the is a "P" on the back. It is a PAL cartridge ! The action did not mention that and the guy will not fully refund me. It was item Item # 1940301011 and I am stunned that he will not take it back and refund the entire amount. Beware of this guy gamecollector5 ! Maybe I am just impatient, but it only takes a few seconds to do a PayPal refund. I have had many eBay transactions, this is the first that was in any way a problem. I checked my account to see if he did refund me and he did not ! I am just left speechless ! He did not agree to give me a full refund which he should and then he sends the money to somebody elses Paypal account. It is not a great deal of money, but his actions are simple causing me to get a little mad. I better go play some Defender and calm down ! Well, the lesson I learned is that if you eBay enough, you evetually will have a less than pleasing experience. What is truly amazing is the number of great experiences I have had as both a buyer and seller. eBay is a great tool for us collectors. Cheers !
