coleconut
Sounds good Max. I'll also ask him if he has more than one copy of the Venture as I was going to bid on that and the Cosmic Avenger too. Lol! So now there are five of us, we need a sixth (or I'll just add to my trading pile). If you need a 6th, count me in. BTW I posted a msg in the Atari forum. I reported to Ebay a guy who had a shill bidder who made 240 bids on a single seller, 100% of his bidding activity on many items from a car to clothing to vintage gaming, including 3 bid retractions. Ebay did nothing

Message sent to eBay for what it's worth, we'll see if anything happens. Seller finally got back to me as I had asked if they had any other six packs that they'd be willing to do a BIN for. Nope. Rev
That Congo Bongo that just sold for 400 has been relisted. It looks like a shill bid. The bid is only 2 cents higher than the second place bid, it looks like a bid to win, not a series of bids meant to push the other bidder up to their max bid. That said, let me throw another conspiracy at you. The second place bidder is your favorite Rev. It's pikachu. To me, bidding $399.99, instead of say, $401 is not a bid to win. If you're assuming the high bidder will shoot for a round number like $400, then bidding just over rather than just under makes more sense if you're trying to win. Now, let's say you were a seller who had a Congo to sell, wouldn't you want the previous Congo sale to be as high as possible so that when buyers go looking for the next one they have the recent sale in mind......just sayin. Relisted. eBay Auction -- Item Number: 110670483671 I guess there is no interest in a loose Turbo these days. Even if your getting it $20-40 less than it's listed rarity value. Looks like right now (on Ebay) is a great time to be a collector. The past 2 weeks alone i have seen just about every major rarity minus a Spiker. It also makes me wish i had the cash to spend on a few of them myself.

I saw the Turbo auction, and I considered going for it, but there are other games I'd like to get first. Turbo would be nice to own, but it isn't a title I can see myself playing very much. I bailed on the Carnival because you can get it from a seller in the US for $13 so we could just order from there instead. They weren't as cheap as I was hoping so if anyone doesn't want to buy them no worries, they'll go into my trading pile. I won't know the final cost until I hear from him.
