That was certainly my impression (and why I threw in ‘if possible at all’ even though it ‘covered’ every obstacle thinkable). Sometimes I’ve wondered - this being a speculation - if a crowdfund project may help things going, if the paperwork could be realistically solved… Just a thought though… Let’s say a project seemed ‘doable’ as to paperwork & legalities, but needed at least 200, 300, 400 (or some number) copies already pre-ordered to secure a minimum amount of money… could such stuff make it happen…?
