I've been searching the internet for a downloadable copy of the Portfolio users manual. I can't find it anywhere. I also got a memory card I can not access. I've read that they have battery in them that goes dead after a year or 2 and need to be replaced. This card looks sealed to me. But has a caution note on the back about replacing the battery. Man, I don't even remember where I got this, but I had this vague notion that I had a scanned copy of the user manual.
