Xtended Basic shortcut ?

today in trying to fix my system, i discovered something i nevew knew, and if i'm not wrong, undocumented.

 

Try under extented basic:

 

10 ( CTRL + E )

 

then make a LIST, and it will show

 

10 GO

 

try :

 

CTRL + D for DATA

CTRL + S for IF

 

etc..

I believe what you are doing is entering the keystrokes which values are interpreted as raw tokens for BASIC commands.

Yeah, the only one I used as a kid was CTRL-P for Print. All the others I couldn't remember. Vaguely remember an article in 99'er or Micropendium or someplace about it.

yes, it's funny..i tryed a little again..not working using variable (ex : INPUT A$ giving SYNTAX ERROR ), but funny in other case..Especially for the longest command in basic :
