Dauber
Not much of a "find," as I didn't actually purchase it, but I saw this today in the window of a vintage store on North Clark Street in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago: Edited August 9, 2006 by Dauber
Famicoman
I like how its on the tv there. I passed up one of those too, as I already have a boxed one. Yesterday, however, I picked up a boxed Arcadia 2001, with all of the fixins. I don't think it was ever used, but it was opened. Now if I only had a game to test it with... Oh yeah, it was $5. Malc74
Michael Jackson Sleepwalker Is that a game or the reason they let him off? Edited August 10, 2006 by Malc74
Ghost Soldier
Opps meant Moonwalker, but the game could be Sleepwalker. Personally if I was hearing the song beat-it and seen michael open the door and spin to save me. I'd run like the little girls in the game too. He kinda resembles a sleepwalking zombie. 8-) Love the game though

Trooper
1 * Macintosh Portable with original carryingbag and sealed nametags Nice find. Did you have to rent a special vehicle to haul that incredibly heavy thing home? I'm so glad battery technology has advanced from that design. Of course, one good thing is that if your car's battery dies, your Mac Portable's battery can jump start it! Haha, yeah it's big mother that one Unfortunately the battery is dead and it doesn't seem to want to start with no life in the battery even though I have hooked it up to power. Oh well, kind of nice anyway and one heck of a nice bag to /Troop

EricDeLee
Not the best find in the word... but good nonetheless: Sega Boxed Shadowrun (W/instructions) PS1 Castlevania Symphony of the Night (No instructions) Total: $9.95 plus tax and I got a free plastic bag to carry them home in. I finally get to see if Symphony of the Night is good game or not. On top of that: I love Shadowrun and want to test it on my Nomad.

You may have to repair the Arcadia aynway. The joystick wires are notorious for breaking inside the plastic shield. I hope you're good with a soldering iron... Oh, congratulations on owning one of the first "portable" game consoles. It has a DC jack so you can play it on a boat or in the car. DrLove0378
Made a trip to Goodwill this weekend, and found a Wico Command Control joystick (awesome!), an original CX-40 joystick, and a driving controller for 99¢ each. Also got a bunch of Genesis games (all loose) for the surprisingly low price of 69¢ each... they usually price 'em $1.99. I just got lucky. Revenge of Shinobi Shinobi III Micro Machines Lotus II R.E.C.S. Madden NFL '94 Bill Walsh College Football Super Street Fighter II Street Fighter II` - Special Champion Edition Sonic & Knuckles Sonic Spinball Mortal Kombat Mortal Kombat II Mortal Kombat 3 Disney's Aladdin X-Men X-Men 2: Clone Wars The Incredible Hulk Spider-Man/X-Men: Arcade's Revenge Maximum Carnage NBA Jam NBA Hang Time Lethal Enforcers II: Gun Fighters Batman Returns Vectorman The previous owner apparently didn't take care of their games... and a few were ex-rentals. Some games had REALLY bad labels, and they all required extensive connector cleaning, but most games worked. My CDX doesn't seem to like the Electronic Arts games, but what the hell -- they were only 69¢...

I tried it out for about 30 minutes last night. It seems as though it is a lot of fun. I'm not a huge Castlevania fan (aside from the old Tiger handheld they made a long time ago. I finally got one of those off ebay). Perhaps I need to give the series another shot.

youngskywalker
Today I found 2 boxed Sega Dreamcast arcade joysticks by agetec, the kind with the green buttons. They are in like new condition, for $7 each.
SteveW
Today, I picked up: An Atari 2600 joystick (pristine condition) $1.91 Chuck Norris Superkicks/Artillery Duel double-ender cartridge $4.94 A baggie with two Atari joysticks and a set of paddles $3.98 Tomy Hit and Missle electro-mechanical game from 1979 99¢ NES Double Dragon III $1.99 NES Pyramid (unlicensed game by AVE) 59¢ I also found a Miracle Piano NES cartridge, but couldn't find the keyboard anywhere. And also passed on a science fiction eBook on MMC by Palm. The Goodwill in Irving, TX has loads of them. I might pick one up for the heck of it, in case I ever get a Tapwave Zodiac to play it on. gulag picture radio
Speaking of the miracle keyboard, I've got every piece except the hookup cable that goes to the NES or SUper NES (I've got carts for both). If anyone ever find just the cable, feel free to drop me a line!

RickHarrisMaine
At Goodwill here in NH, I got, for the Princely sum of $19.93 4 NES Games Metroid, Cabal, Wizards and Warriors, Jaws 2 Sega DReamcast controllers, red and blue, with VMUs in there In a Nintendo 64 carry case, there was another Dreamcast, complete, with 2 controllers, also with VMUs in them. Not bad I guess.
shadow460
I also can not get into the Castlvania series, as hard as I Tried Start with Castlevania 1 on the NES. It's almost pure arcade style, and madly addictive. Then try Symphony in the Night or Dracula X Nocturne in the night (same game).
