Of course that's unless you intended for the game to have cheap deaths. The new spinner graphic looks good and the bonus sound is a nice addition. MadBomber Posted May 25, 2011 Share Posted May 25, 2011 Fuuny how some male mention of paddle or analog support. I've only played Astroblast on the Atari 2600 with a joystick. I can only imagine a paddle or other analog control would make this shooter quite awkward. Give it a shot. It's the only reason I still check out Astroblast from time to time. I put a small delay before sending down rocks when starting a new player. That should help BTW, this does use the High Score Cart, so I guess in that way it does utilize the XM a bit.
