Nukey Shay
http://klov.com/game_detail.php?letter=L&game_id=1743 Various versions exist for platforms. The first was probably Bill Budge's LL game for the AppleII (before he went on to make Pinball Construction Set).
Witchfynde
Ohhh, yes, I remember this game! I was a young lad back then, so it was hard as hell to me, it'd be nice to try out nowadays though, if I could ever find it anywhere! (Well, there's emulation...) I used to attempt to play it at a movie theatre at a local mall. Vector graphics were the best back then!
Witchfynde
Oh, I just remembered there was a Lunar Lander port (sort of), on one of THE very first cartridges ever released for the Atari 2600: the game program Starship had Lunar Lander as one of it's game variations. And the *stupid* "lunar lander" nonsense "game" on the B side of 2600 StarShip is nothing remotely like LUNAR LANDER arcade ... And it was first game which I played when I installed xmame. BTW exists some port for XE or ST?

Ha ha, yeah, I played that today (thought I'd bump this up), and it's a travesty for them to call those game variations under the false moniker of L. Lander: pressing the button once you reach the center of the moon (which is only about three times bigger than your ship; must be a real small moon!) and you've "landed"...yeah, whatever! chrisbid
i actualy saw one of these fairly recently. There is an arcade at Subway off the Ohio State campus, and they had a Lunar Lander Cab. I think its gone now though...
