Notes: This one's a little worn, but intact. The later carts fit kinda tight in this one. NTSC TELEGAMES Unit MFD for Sears Roebuck and Co. If I were you I would prefer to have my updates after the posts anyway. That way people can clearly see how many you still need to update. I just didn't want to 'flood' this post with updates. In that case I'll update every month or every page which ever comes first. I'll also make note for everyone to look at the first post to copy and paste the worksheet since I will only post an updated spreadsheet. Would that sound good to everyone? May have been repaired by Atari service as it had switch slot that looks like one slat was broken off. The internal board may not be original but I didn't have a chance to take it apart or plug it in. Serial number is crazy low. mtshark7 Posted September 12, 2011 Author Share Posted September 12, 2011 IIRC there has been one or a few in the list that the person said it defaulted to chan. 4 but I believe the actual unit NEVER defaulted to chan. 4...chan. 3 was always set to default. It must have been their type of TV they were using? Also bringing my list back on track: Al has changed my settings so I can constantly update post #1 with the latest spreadsheet. So from here on out look at post #1 for the latest updated spreadsheet. I will also post an updated spreadsheet either today or tomorrow depending on how time goes. Thanks all! Additional info: There's a number (209) stamped into the bottom a bit above the label where the serial number is...I dunno if that's of any use, but it might come in handy . Previous owner: someone likely local to Dalton, GA. I bought it at Big D Flea Market for $5 about 3 years ago. Also, white sticker...or it would be, if not for the aging present... I'm also wanting to refurbish them all first, so the functional question will be a definite yes. Tell me if you think this is a good idea because this is what I'm thinking about doing. When I refurbish them I want to laminate the bottom labels. I don't want to do it in a way that is permanent but put a piece of plastic over the label and laminate that down, so if I take the lamination off it wouldn't destroy the label. That's something I'm doing for sure but it made me think of doing this also. I'm wanting to do something similar to any papers found in it by laminating them to the bottom. Also, I want to either make a list of what is in it like revision numbers... or take tiny pictures and laminate those to the bottom. I wanting to make it so that all I have to do is look at the bottom to know everything that is inside. Does that make sense? Maybe something like a "Packing Slip Pocket" would work. Thos clear plastic rectangles with adhesive only on the surrounding edge, so the center part is protected, but not adhered to.
