Level42
Definitely three socketed chips, one being the (EP)ROM (27256) which should contain OS/BASIC and Missile Command but maybe this is an earlier version missing some stuff.....? The other socketed chips are the CPU and the NTSC Antic I have an EPROM burner to read the EPROM it but I'm in the Netherlands..... Kyle22
.... I have an EPROM burner to read the EPROM it but I'm in the Netherlands..... It doesn't matter where you are... The Internet is everywhere. Read the EPROM, save the binary file, zip it, and post it here.

So please explain me how I'm going to read an EPROM that is physically in Wisonsin here in Ridderkerk, The Netherlands through the Internet ? :D Edited January 5, 2016 by Level42
Kyle22
Sorry, I misunderstood. I just assumed that you were in physical possesion of the EPROM.
Defender II
Looks nice, let me know if you ever decide to sell it. Did you dump the ROM to see if it is different from the others out there? Links to photos are broken in earlier posts, so here are some of them. The second photo is of the keyboard. Production XEGS keyboards have a grey cable; this sample has a black cable.
