I'm Chrome running Vista, with Colecovision in the search, and I only get about 2,000 results. Pure Colecovision and nothing else....

In the upper right of the screen I have a box to check if I want to include it in the description.

As of tonight seems it's all been fixed. Not getting the crap I was getting before. While that was certainly annoyed for a day or two, nice to see that eBay was at least on top of it.

Dang it, I just used my last 1200 bucks to stoke my fireplace ...

Dammit! I'm out of money, too. And I would have been all over that. I mean, there are *THREE DONKEY KONGS* in that lot of "rare" games...

"You also get some of the rarest titles, such as Oil's Well, Linking Logic, Alphabet Zoo, Congo Bongo, Coconuts and Donkey Kong Jr."

You're also getting Donkey Kong Jr., one of "the rarest" ColecoVision titles.

Oh, man....and that SUPER RARE *Congo Bongo* game! I've seen that cart go for some CRAZY prices lately...

I just found the strangest version of Donkey Kong...it has the label as normal but it has Donkey Kong himself on the label too.

is this real?

There were numerous custom labels made over the last 15-16 years and I think I know the one you described, but would neednto see a picture to know for sure. Usually the actual game code burnt onto the rom chips is the In-House version with the 4th level (Pie Factory) that has no sprite collision detection implemented.

I collect Colecovision press kits and advertisements and won this one this past week, at a very good BIN price. I can't say I've ever seen this particular advertisement before, but it is pre-release, as the controller pictured still has the spinner on it. Anyways, I thought that I would share the scans with everyone.

I'd love to get a hold of one of those controllers with the roller on them, they have to be around somewhere.,

its probably like a "Holy Grail" of colecovision collecting i'd imagine

Haven't some of those surfaced on eBay before?

I think the real grail would be that VCS expansion module shown in that brochure above. Has this item ever surfaced?

We know of 3 to exist that people have found for the rollers on the controller. Yes they are very hard to find.

Ya, they are different. .. I believe NIAD can provide a more detailed response... I'll try and take a clearer pic

The controller on the left (with missing control knob disc label, black roller and dark grey firebuttons) is an early prototype. What you don't see is the back side where rivets are used instead of screws to hold the two halves of the controller case together. I'm not sure if it is fully functional seeing as the previous owner never shared that bit of info with me.

The controller on the right (the same as the one I have) is a finished product that is completely working. It looks exactly like the hand controllers that were sold with the ColecoVision, except for the added Speed Roller.
