+atari2600land
The used game store is selling a 3DO with 2 games for $100. Should I get it if it says "Panasonic"? I don't know much about it, except not to get a goldstar and it uses CDs.
CRV
I haven't kept up on prices of systems, but that seems expensive for just a system and two games.
BassGuitari
You can do better than $100 for that stuff.
Hatta
Correct. Look to pay between $40 and $60 for a 3DO, with maybe a game or two. Get an FZ-10 (the toploader) if you can.
desiv
Agree, that sounds a bit high.. Personally, I prefer the FZ-1. Also, if you can, get one with 2 pads. They are 3DO only pads (you can't use a standard 9-pin joypad, even tho it's a 9-pin port). (And my wife likes the fact that my main joypad has a built-in headphone jack (not all the 3DO pads have that)..) desiv
+thegoldenband
Still annoyed with myself for passing up the $15 FZ-1 I had a chance to buy some time ago. In fairness, it was missing the power button and the vendor was a little sketchy. And I already had a 3DO of my own. But still... Anyway, $40-60 sounds right to me. They pop up fairly regularly on the message boards I frequent.
