It's amazing though, how many times I get comments like, "never heard of you", "didn't know you were still around" and even "oh, forgot about you". Reminds me of work. I work at a small rural hospital and we use scripted talk and responses. For example, I'm always supposed to answer the department phone like this, "Cardiopulmonary, this is Ron, can I help you?". When entering a patients room, it's "Hello, I'm Ron from Cardiopulmonary and I'm here to do <fill in a procedure>".
