Maybe you could do drop down lists for each tab so that things will be standardized? Edited June 4, 2012 by cmart604

I was planning on changing the whole layout already, How about when you go to the main database page there will be a sub menu list of all consols and accessories that you click on to view each on indiviually. the submission form will remain on the main database page. Is that what you meant? Edited June 4, 2012 by revolutionika

Is that what you meant? I meant on the submission page when you went to enter your info you would choose your console or accessory from a drop down menu, that way the entries would all be the same. You could do the same for the condition status, (NIB, CIB, loose with manual, loose) sort of thing as opposed to people entering their own random descriptions. Made some changes to the submission form again. I think the different countries issue could be addressed in the comments section. I would add the consoles and accessories as dropdowns on the new box you just added, that way it would be standardized.

Rev
I have come across multiple mis matched serial numbers. Should I make a menu option for 'box serial number' and 'matching serial numbers' ?
OutlawTorn71
I have come across multiple mis matched serial numbers. Should I make a menu option for 'box serial number' and 'matching serial numbers' ? Wouldn't that qualify as loose ? I mean for auditing purposes of course !
