HSC9 Round 10 Poll

I've gone for a mix of Classic Games for this round:

 

Centipede (1982 Atari Release)

 

Crystal Castles (1984 'beta' release - or could play 1988 ver perhaps? think this was slower?)

 

Frogger (Parker Bros, could play Sierra On-Line ver?)

 

Pole Position Yes we'll have NTSC vs the much easier PAL version issues - the Marius PAL version is best as it's a bit harder - either way it's a fun game!

 

Star Raiders from Atari back in '79 (I will need some help if we play this one!)

I voted Pole Position but am curious as to how you would do Star Raiders as an HSC. I haven't played it in forever but I don't remember it having a score, you just warped around and killed all the aliens until they were gone.

Hi stranger I've only really played SRII/The Last Star Fighter so would be hoping for some ideas - I couldn't quite work out Star Radiers - think DeTeacher once suggested using the rankings from the game? If anyone wants to come up with some ideas that's great

I have Star Raiders for the 2600 and 5200 but have no clue how to play it.

I don't think I've ever played Crystal Castles! I've got the cartridge so it would be nice to play that version.

 

Pole position is a great game but it get's boring quickly. I think it was the first game we had on disk all those years ago!
