jwierer
Here is an editor I created a while back. It's the same one that was used to create this Super Cobra Hack. It allows you to edit the levels, graphics, colors, text, etc... I wrote it for the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 so it works fine on my Windows 7 machine, but for those of you with older operating systems you may need to upgrade your version of .NET to use it. I may add some detailed instructions later, but I think most folks will be able to figure it out. Here is the download ScrambleEd1.0.zip and here are some screenshots. Enjoy, Jeff 8

edweird13
While it is fun to play on an emulator. If I can't play it on the real thing it kind of looses it's luster.

sh3-rg
Been trying to use this tool for some time now. I keep getting the problem that when I save out the ROM, when I load it back it it never decodes and gives a Microsoft .NET Framework unhandled exception error. When I look at the level data exported, any level I've touched contains only FF - nothing more. "Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. parameter name: toExclusive. ************** Exception Text ************** System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Inky
I have not been able to assign colors to left or right click for some reason.
jwierer
@sh3-rg. If you make any change and save it you get that error? If you post the steps you are taking that don't work, I can test it in the debugger.
