Holy cow-- that webpage is old. That guy really ought to put something classy up.

I mean, it isn't the nineties anymore. Sheesh.

P.S. You can put "Possible Mission" under Propane13.

I'm the guy that put that webpage up all of those years ago, and made that hack. :)

Better/Updated version of Froggie here:

http://www.atariage....50#entry1206746

NOTE: There are even newer versions - at least two - than the one posted above, but have timing, speed, or/and sound issues.

This is the best (most stable) available one with POKEY support that I have come across and is a part of my personal ROM collection.

This needs to be a cart. I know Dan Kramer is definitely interested in any version of 7800 games hacked to support his [2600] Trak-Ball. He loves the hacked 2600 version of Missile Command available on cart via AA and he always recommends to people on Facebook to buy it [the cart].

"Froggie" is also the name used on the 2600 cart seen in the animated film "Flushed Away". The villain uses a 4-switch 2600 to freeze his enemies. The film was released in 2006 but I just became aware of this since my daughter has been watching it frequently over the past few days...
