Shannon
Hi I wanna updated my BlissX database with newer homebrew since my last update and just need help in finding any new homebrew that may have been released since. The last titles I added were the following.. Astrosmash competition, King Of The Mountain (fixed), League Of Light (proto), Lock 'n' Chase (fixed), Robot Rubble (how do you start this?), Same game & Robot, Space Patrol (Teaser), Stonix, Super Masters, and Tag-Along Todd. I'm only interested in releases that are freely available (not cart releases) so that I can get the CRC for the database table. Ones that I have just found. Adventures of Tron (2600 version), Rockey and BullWinkle, Yogi's Frustration, Spirit (demo), , and Christmas Carol Vs. The Ghost of Christmas Presents. Thanks! GroovyBee
Look in the Inty programming section (just below this one) and you'll find plenty of stuff.

What I consider now the "demo" version of Christmas Carol was released in January 2011. It's free and in ROM format only. I don't think you can consider Tag-Along Todd as a home-brew game, for it's more like an incomplete, game-like tutorial. -dZ.
boxpressed
Do Carl Mueller's D1K Arcade and D2K Arcade work with BlissX (v10b3)? I purchased some personalized ROMs a while back and would like to play them on my Xbox. However, I get a screen full of garbage symbols when I try to load either one. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to use the .bin or the .rom file, and I don't know where the .cfg file goes. Thanks in advance for any help. mr_me
Not sure about Blissx but Bliss v2.05 for Windows doesn't recognise .cfg files but it does recognize .rom files. Other than some animated graphics of donkey kong being messed up dk arcade plays fine; ms pacman works too; haven't tested d2k arcade. If you don't have the .rom file of a game you can make them from the bin+cfg files using jzintv tools.
boxpressed
Thanks. I have .rom, .bin, and .cfg files. I just dropped them all into BlissX's roms folder and tried the .rom and .bin files. Same result. I haven't tried with jzintv yet. Just thought it would be cool to play them on Xbox.
mr_me
Could be based on a version of Bliss before .rom support was added. Do any other .rom files work? For new games in bin format, their memory maps can be added to the bliss games database. On windows that data file is called knowncarts.cfg.
