Some of my favourites:

Donkey Kong - the one Gorilla based game we play every season ;)

Ixion - fantastic game; push or shoot the balls to (say it with me) heal the tiles :D whilst collecting the letters IXION simple eh?! (Happy Hero or Fandals re-patched version don't have the glitches and have better sound effects)

Aquatron - possibly the best horizontal shooter for the A8 me thinks: great controls, sounds, graphics, very intense gameplay... "interceptor alert", "interceptor alert"

Yoomp! - superb jumping game (NTSC version also on atarimania)

L.A.Olympics (seems to be listed as Track and Field) ignore the rating on atarmania, this is great fun. Might cause some serious joystick damage though :-o if this wins we can decide if we want an expanded Olympics round with some of the other sports games thrown in; perhaps we'll do a national contest??? I think Poland might be the favourites ;)

New players welcome

Donkey Kong is my favourite game of all time  and definitely don't want to bust my only decent joystick playing a Track and Field game!

I voted for LA Olympics, tough call when you've picked all the games ;) I used to keep busted sticks for playing this and Decathlon; on some of the old metal inner ones the 'up' used to break first so left and right were fine... wonder if Scalak only has 1 stick too... trbb hatches cunning plan to retain his HSC title

I really wanted to vote Ixion but L.A.O. was just too tempting... when I put any poll on with DK in the mix it's hard to ever see it not winning ;) Still plenty more voters out there... remember tactical voting isn't such a good idea as the games with less votes don't usually go back in future votes :ponder:
