Rybags Posted September 19, 2012 Share Posted September 19, 2012 What level of knowledge you have of 6502 in general and the C64 hardware and OS can also be a deciding factor. You can know the machine backwards but nobody can be expected to remember the variable/register names and locations so as a minimum the quick reference sections/sheets are useful to everyone. The C= PRG is useful but doesn't go too in depth with the hardware and doesn't have any of the modern day tricks. The C= hacking notes are a worthwhile read, they have lots of articles on most of the hardware exploits. Here's a zip archive, Notepad probably won't show them properly, use Wordpad or a WP that handles different formats. There's 21 of them, I don't know if any new ones have come out since I got them.
