Download the file BELOW if you cannot get either game to work... the reason is because the ProSystem file folder has been renamed... (DON'T RENAME OR CHANGE THE FILE FOLDER IN ANY WAY) Every 7800 rom will work if you let the Pro System folder alone, I dunno why but that's how it is. Happy Halloween, or not so happy... NIKON Posted October 18, 2012 Share Posted October 18, 2012 Xenophobe - 694,660 Midnight Mutants - 4420 I have never played Midnight Mutants before and I must say that I have mixed opinion about this game. An attempt at an Action/RPG like this ... man it is all luck at how the enemies appear and attack as to weather or not you get the required items or not...and when those dayum dogs attack you...you are dead.. there is no defense. I have only been able to get the axe twice...and both times by luck..then getting back to your starting point is a feat in itself. Gonna keep on playing this game for awhile longer but I am getting too frustrated at this games mechanics to try more than that. Oo Could not get either game to work on the emulator...I have to play Xenophobe on the EMU7800 and Mutants on MESS 1.43. I even uninstalled and re-installed the Pro Sytem 1.3 still no luck...don't know why that is but Xeno and Mutants are the only games I cannot play on the Pro System 1.3. Oo Ok.. after many un / re installs and none of them working..I finally found a fix for this IF it does not work for you as is...this will work for those of you who have used ProSystem 13 before. 1. Open theProSystem_13 folder 2. Open the ProSystem.log file.(this should open with Notepad for Windows users)..then Select All and Delete the contents then Save 3. Open the ProSystem_13.ini file..(again opens with Notepad for Windows users).. the Select All and Delete the contents then Save Then open the program and the Roms should then work... I have now been able to play both games with the ProSystem_13. You will have to redo all of your custom settings for the ini file and remap your controller..but that takes all of 30 seconds or less.
