Dragon375 Posted November 16, 2012 Share Posted November 16, 2012 I am new here, had Atari fever back in the 80's, just now getting back into it. This is one of the better A8 related forums, but to tell the truth.. I am a bit lost with all the acronyms flying around on here. I got no clue what you guys are talking about, for example APE, VBXE, SIDE, etc. I'm pretty sure those are projects/modifications for the A8, but what exactly are they (and should I want one?). jk40001 Posted November 16, 2012 Share Posted November 16, 2012 I was in similar situation just 2 months ago - had over 25 years break from atari or anything related. Just go through some recent threads - especially pre-order threads. You will find out that there are real nice hardware upgrades available these days are more are to come in very near future.
