I'm currently working on a new pattern grabbing the torch from bridge with skulls, level 3 and on. Game does the CV lockup at times freezing on me in the bonus chamber and entering certain rooms. The higher levels are harder, timing and jumping are critical. Using the lines between the bricks in certain spots as "marks" before jumping or moving are vital aswell. Wish there was more time given in the bonus chamber. I also try to maximize points in each level, getting aroung 40-50,000 on average, each level. Northcoastgamer Posted November 23, 2012 Share Posted November 23, 2012 378,600 level 8! Only the top floor of chambers are lit on level 8, all the lower ones are dark, until the torch can be found. From level 5 and up, the skulls and spiders are not eliminated upon contact. Using a sword is the only means of getting rid of them. It repeats level 9 over and over. Level 9 is all dark. Ran it 3 times. The first pic shows the end of the 9th level before bonus chamber, the second, the start of level 9(total darkness), the third, my groovy score. My best so far is 33,600 - I can post if pic if needed but why? I'm only going to get 4/5 points this round That is a fantastic score! Had a friend (long before I met him) who said he and friends back in 83/4 got to level nine (He mentioned that level 9 was all dark...). Would like to see a video of that level...
